PREPARATION METHODS :
1. Add 450 ml whole fat or low fat milk with 1 sachet Home Brown Yogurt Powder into container and stir for 10 seconds. (recommend use glass container to avoid the existance of hidden bacteria in scratch)
2. Cover the container and left it at room temperature for 16-18 hours. Please do not move or stir the mixture during fermentation.
3. When the surface of mixture become condense, mean that the yogurt is done. Mix jam, honey or fruit into yogurt will become more tasty.
