Mountain wild flower honey is harvested in February and March of each year in Central and Southern Taiwan. It is the number one type of honey exported by Taiwan beekeepers. It is light in color and has a distinctive smooth taste. Mountain wild flower honey contains a large amount of glucose and thus crystallizes very readily. This is a totally natural occurrence.
Honey contains more than 100 kinds of substances. In addition to direct supply of energy with monosaccharides, but also contains a variety of amino acids, natural minerals (iron, calcium, copper, manganese, potassium, phosphorus, etc.), and active vitamins (B1, B2, B6, etc.).

Suitable for: All age groups, exclude children below one years old (not suitable for all honey species)

Preparation method: Can be taken directly, or brewed with water. No boiled water or high-temperature cooking as active ingredients will be destroyed. Honey is best to be used with warm water below 40 °C or diluted with cold water.
